Visa, checks, money orders, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and
drawn on a U.S. bank. All payment processing is done via our parent entity, SDS
International. SDS International has selected PayPal as its credit card
processor. Among the key reasons for this choice were the levels of security
and convenience offered by PayPal. PayPal not only offers a secure online environment for transactions with major credit cards, but also extends this ability to personal and business accounts as well. One of the most requested items by our customers was to allow payment of our fees via a PayPal account balance. While transitioning to meet this request, it was an easy decision to also allow PayPal to begin processing our credit card and bank account transactions. PayPal's data security is state-of-the-art. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. This means that it is not possible to connect to PayPal to transact business or even register unless you can do so in a secure environment. Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal's servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, SDS International will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. SDS International will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at SequoiaData.com, or SDSInternational.com, while using PayPal's secure server. 2. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
