About Sequoia Data
Contact Us
At Sequoia Data, we believe in keeping things simple. Our reseller program is no exception.

What Sequoia Data does:
  • Handles all technical aspects of hosting your customer's sites
  • Remains completely out of the picture unless YOU specifically authorize us to do otherwise*

What Sequoia Data does NOT do:
  • Solicit or otherwise contact your customers for any purpose*
  • Limit the price you charge your customers

There is no qualification to become a reseller, simply choose one of our reseller packages and you're ready to go. There are no hidden costs! You agree to abide by Sequoia Data's Terms and Conditions of Service and require that your clients do the same. You may have a more stringent policy, but you may not relax any of our Terms or Conditions under any circumstances.

If you would prefer not to bill your customers for hosting, we can bill them for you. Due to our additional costs involved, choosing this option will incur fees over and above the cost of your reseller package. Because each situation is unique due to the number of clients and amount billed, as well as the method of payment, a member of our reseller support staff will handle these situations individually as requests for this service are initiated.

* While Sequoia Data does not routinely contact your customers for any reason, without your prior knowledge and approval, there may be situations that compel us to do so. Reasons we might contact your customers include, but are not limited to, suspected violations of our Terms and Conditions of Service that you fail to address in a timely fashion, to protect the integrity of the data on our servers or the infrastructure of our network operations center, or to comply with an order from a court of competent jurisdiction.
